Southern Ambition 684 cc was formed in 2005. The company specialises in sales processes, methodologies, and employee readiness in order to achieve or exceed revenue targets.  To do this we advise Customers via an assessment of their current situation after which a gap analysis is concluded with an implementation plan that includes training, mentoring and coaching to achieve their annual targets.

To do this we partner with our Clients on all or any of the following:

New Sales and revenue retention strategies

Target linked methodologies and processes related to forecasting and retention of revenue

Meet The Team

Sean Amron-Coetzee

Sean is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder. He is an implementation specialist with a specific focus on linking Organisational Strategy to financial targets with a focus, on implementing the actions required to achieve those targets. Furthermore, he has extensive sales experience and understands the processes and methodologies required to make a business successful.

 Sean has been a successful self-employed entrepreneur for most of his career and has been assisting Companies in the Financial Services, Information Technology, and Media industries particularly Old Mutual, Metropolitan, Stanlib, Business Connections, Innovolt/ESP, Arch Spinnaker Software and Media 24.

Sean has a degree in Psychology, from the University of Cape Town

Jade Amron-Coetzee

Jade is the Chief Operating Officer and has a degree in Organizational Psychology and Diploma in Business Analysis. She has worked for various Corporate companies as a business analyst, namely Old Mutual Finance and Fairbairn Capital, as well as a Project Manager for a medium sized IT company.

She believes there is a level of business analysis and project management involved in the sales process and she brings these skills to the training and skills development process offered at Southern Ambition.
